Conversions line allows you to create a room with various window/wall options:
Your room can be built using all lip frame windows, which has the option of flexiglaze vinyl or screen.
You can have combinations of LipFrames and Four Tracks, or "double" lipframes with screens installed on the outside and vinyl on the inside wall.
Your room can be built using all four track windows, which have both screens AND vinyl.
We offer solutions from different manufacturers. Our job is to find the best quality products from great manufacturers at great prices. While all of these solutions would work in most scenarios, each one has advantages depending on your priorities.

Standard Fiberglass Mesh and Premium Screen
All units over 30″ in width require a spreader bar (the bar in the center of the vents). Under 30″ is optional and must be noted on the order if they are not wanted.
Twin Units (TW) and Triple Units (TR) do not come pre-assembled. They are field mulled.
How do I determine the hinge of a door?
The hinge side for inswing and outswing doors are always determined from outside looking in.
Are all doors installed from the exterior?
No. Inswing doors are installed from the interior.
All verticals have a 1 7/8″ frame depth that recesses into the opening.
All Porch Conversions units have a 7/8″ front mounting flange.
Standard door sizes are 32″, 34″ and 36″ x 80″. Custom doors are available up to 42″ x 96″.
The minimum leg heigh is 6″.

When we receive an order, we will first send it to you as a quote. If everything is correct, you will need to confirm before it is converted to an order. Once you have confirmed and it is converted, no changes can be made..
TW is a twin unit. This is two window units and one mull. TR is a triple unit, so it has three window units and two mulls..
Either the vinyl cleaner and preservative, Woolite and water or Murphy’s Oil Soap and water: about a capful to one gallon of water. Dry with a soft cloth. Never use harsh chemicals such as ammonia.
Clean and lubricate the tracks with a dry silicone-based lubricant.
The aluminum components of the frame/sash members are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the windows. The powder coated paint finish is warranted against blistering, peeling, cracking, or chipping from normal intended usage for a period of 10 years from the date of installation to the original purchaser. The vinyl is warranted to be free of defects resulting in material obstruction of vision and cracking for a period of 10 years from the date of delivery by Porch Conversions. The screen and moving parts shall be warranted for a period of (2) years on the material only from the date of delivery by Porch Conversions.
