The People
We are close knit families, bound together in our common love for Jesus Christ and for each other. It is by way of this commitment to one another that we, as owner operators, come to the table to serve you, the customer, as an extension of that commitment.
 Glenn Smith grew up in southern Ontario. Much of his early career was in his own painting and small home repair business. He gained additional experience in sales and service from within a restaurant career which involved owning his own successful restaurant in the early & mid '80's. He a is proud husband and father to 2 daughters. |

 Robert Quaile grew up on a farm and is no stranger to hard work. He worked in several industries in a sales and marketing capacity with many years in management with Panasonic Canada. Patio Concepts Inc. was his original initiative and he and Glenn have grown it to its current status. He is a proud husband and a proud grandfather to 3 grand-daughters! |
The Company
Patio Concepts Inc. is an ON LINE retailer. We do not manufacture anything. We have established relationships with 20+ manufacturers of quality 'do it yourself' kits who want their product found by potential customers such as you! We take on the responsibility of knowing the product well enough to put it in an on-line catalogue and then make ourselves available to answer any and all questions you may have. This includes installation!
Our offices in Barrie are administrative only - we do not stock anything nor do we maintain any local showroom. In order to keep costs to you at a minimum, we leverage the manufacturers relationship with large shipping companies to have the product delivered to you directly from the manufacturer. This allows us to focus on making sure you are getting what need, that you understand the product you will be receiving prior to purchase and to be available post sale for any further questions on the product or its installation.

this past Friday which took about 1 hour to complete and installed the awning on my house yesterday
which took about 45 minutes to install. The hardest part about the install was drilling into the brick

Received Gazebo Kit also the 2 replacement wind screens that were damaged in transport. Son came
last week and built the deck and with help we erected the screen-house. I am now able to sit outdoors

Just wanted to drop you a note to tell you how pleased my wife and I are with the awning we recently
purchased from your company. From the first phone call I made to inquire about the awning to the
actual installation we were both very impressed. The awning was packed very well and got to us in perfect
condition and on time just as you promised! (now if I can just figure out a way to effectively recycle the
tube it came in!). The instructions for hanging the brackets and mounting the unit were easy to understand
and the entire job took only about an hour from start to finish. The colour we chose goes perfect with
our house as well. So thanks for all your help and if we can ever give a reference down the road please
