Things to know about the Plus 12 Garage...

• This strong, well made garage shelter  has side walls which have additional fabric for securing with sand bags or buried in soil

• Heavy duty nylon rope securing system

• Standard "C" clamps and 14" spikes supplied

• Clear /opaque fabric with 2 windows available in all sizes

• 5.65 oz./sq. yd. polyethylene top = 11 mil. thickness (clear opaque sewn seams)

• 8 oz./sq. yd. polyethylene top = 16 mil. thickness (white welded seams)
   

• Tarp available in a 7.31 ounce (15 mil) thickness, double UV treated with sewn seams  in taupe

• Tarp available in a 12 ounce (25 mil) thickness with WELDED seams  in white, green and grey colors upon request
   

• Cross ties lowered for upgraded load capacity by 88% (640 lbs/arch)

• Sides more vertical (adds inside space)

• This DIY Garage Kit is made with NORTH AMERICAN GALVANIZED STEEL and is treated with an anti-stain formulation.

• Arches constructed with 16 gauge galvanized steel

• Steel structure of 1 3/4" x 1 1/8" oval form framing
